On Saturday September 23, 2023. Residents of Strawberry Mansion gathered for a renaming ceremony on the block of 2200 N. 29th Street. The street was renamed " Henry 'Sly' Schley Way." Sly's Barbershop has been in the Strawberry Mansion community since 1954. The shop attracted a number of celebrity clients including Muhammad Ali, James Brown and Pam Grier. Keeping close ties to the area made Sly's more than just a Barbershop.
